One of the common reason could be that there is something wrong with your order like the food items in your cart have being sold out or out of stock. Another reason could be that something is wrong with your payment methods.
How To Fix Place Order Button Greyed Out Issue?
If you are unable to place an order because of Uber Eats Place Order Greyed Out problem, then follow these steps:
- First you need to check whether your location is enabled for Uber Eats. If not then enable it by going into settings and disabling flight mode or turning off Wi-Fi or mobile data.
- Now restart your device and open Uber Eats again. If still nothing happens then try uninstalling, deleting app data and reinstalling it again on your phone.
Why Won’t The Checkout Page Tell Me What I’m Missing?

If you want to use another payment method, follow these steps:
- Go to “My Account” and click on “Manage Payment Method.”
- Select the preferred payment method and click on “Update.”
- Once it’s updated, go back to the store page and try placing the order again.
