Military bases are unique in their own way. They have their own rules, regulations, and standards that must be followed by the residents and visitors alike. For one thing, they tend to be more strict when it comes to alcohol consumption compared to other places in the United States. This is because they want to keep their residents safe and prevent them from getting into trouble while off-duty.
One of the things that military bases do not allow is drinking under the age of 21, which means those who are underage cannot drink at all. In addition to this rule, there are other restrictions such as smoking bans and even a ban on pets within the base itself. With that said, there are still some ways that you can enjoy yourself while visiting a military installation or if you live on one permanently.
